About Eramet
Eramet is a rapidly growing French mining and
Eramet Group 埃赫曼集团metallurgical group, which bases the pursuit and development of its activities on a plan for lasting, profitable and harmonious growth.
The Group employs around 16,000 people in more than 20 countries on five continents, and holds frontrank global positions in each of its activities.
The three divisions of the Group – Eramet Nickel, Eramet Manganese and Eramet Alloys – generated a combined �4.346 billion in turnover in 2008.
Eramet is listed on Euronext Paris, where its shares are traded under the deferred settlement system. It is listed in Compartment A and on the CACNext 20 and CAC Mid 100 index.
In 2006, Eramet’s teams embarked together on a programme, called Leaders, that aims to give new impetus to the growth of the Group and to take it beyond its existing borders, whether these be geographical, individual, collective or technical.

2 Managanese
Activities
. Mining: production of manganese ore and sinter in Gabon (Comilog)
. Metallurgy: processing of ore to produce manganese alloys
. Metallurgy: production of high-purity chrome
. Metallurgy: production of hardeners for aluminium production
. Metal-based chemicals: production of many chemical derivatives of manganese
. Recycling: collection and recycling of catalysts used by oil refineries, extraction and upgrading of metal content (molybdenum, vanadium, nickel and cobalt) using metallurgical and chemical processes
