Ezz钢公司下设四家分厂。亚历山大（Alexandria）分厂建立于1986年，主要生产螺纹钢、线材、扁平材，产能270万吨。Sadat市分厂建于1996年，主要生产螺纹钢，产能100万吨。10thRamadan市分厂建于1993年，主要生产螺纹钢、线材，年产能40万吨。苏伊士分厂建于2002年，主要生产扁平材，产能120万吨。
